Support for Implementation of Periodicals Distribution Financing Facility and Resilience Policy Dialogues in Moldova

Implementation period:  February – August 2025 (7 months)

 

Project Goal: To strengthen the information resilience of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova in the context of the 2025 parliamentary elections by supporting independent print media and promoting ethical, diverse, and socially responsive media content.

 

1. To support the sustainability of print media by providing financial assistance to publications that comply with ethical and professional standards, based on a transparent editorial monitoring mechanism.

 

2. To promote international dialogue and cooperation in the field of information security by organizing an international conference in Chișinău with the participation of key media stakeholders, authorities, and technology platforms.

 

1. Launch the funding process for periodicals for 2025.

 

2. Monitor the editorial content of beneficiary publications.

 

3. Review monitoring results and decisions on acceptance or rejection of applications for inclusion in the list of beneficiaries.

 

 4. Organize and hold the international conference "Tech for Resilience Policy Dialogues”.
