Implementation period: July 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027 (18 months)

Project Goal: The project aims to strengthen the economic and institutional sustainability of independent media outlets in Moldova, as well as their ability to cope with crisis situations.

Objective 1: Support the development of national and regional media outlets by providing training and specialized services through the Advisory and Assistance Center created by API.

Objective 2: Increase the economic sustainability of independent media outlets in Moldova's regions by developing and promoting a joint advertising service offering.

1. Reactivate the API Advisory and Assistance Center and provide specialized services to at least 15 editorial offices of independent media institutions for 10 months.

2. Enhance the capacities and professional skills of various categories of staff of the beneficiary newsrooms through a cycle of 15 trainings, in online and offline formats, for various staff categories, to be attended by a total of 225 persons.

3. Conduct discussions and negotiations with regional media publishers to develop a joint advertising services offer.

4.Hire sales managers to act as intermediaries for advertising services in regional media and stimulate their activity.

5. Prepare a media kit, including a price list and information for potential advertising clients.

6. Promote advertising offers in regional media and engage in targeted activities with potential advertising providers.
